FERMENTING 101 is here again!

Thursday, Oct. 8th  at 6:30 pm

Learn to ferment cabbage, mixed veggies and even kombucha!

This is a “MAKE and TAKE” class.  You will go home with your own jar of fermenting cabbage and veggies.

Fee: $55 per participant

Current Client: $50         

Contract Client: $27

*Registration and fee are due by Friday 10/2

I encourage ALL who are not yet making their own fermented foods to attend.  This is an important step to creating a nourishing lifestyle.  This single addition to my lifestyle has made the most significant difference.  I do not go without 1-3 Tbls. of fermented food per day unless I ABSOLUTELY have to.
