Thrive classes are designed to help participants transition to healthier daily food habits. Attendees gain the simple tools to add healthy, more bioavailable nutrients into their daily routines. They learn how to “super-size” the nutrient level in classic recipes.
Thrive classes also provide a wealth of information on food values and how they promote wellbeing.
Recipes with pictures and detailed instructions make it easy to follow through once home. Many of the classes allow for attendee participation with “make and take” as a bonus!
