ALL INGREDIENTS ORGANIC (except bananas)
Cream together in a food processor:
2 bananas
½ cup caramel date paste
¼ cup peanut butter
2 Tbl. Real maple syrup
Add:
1 ½ cup almond pulp (left from making almond milk)
½ cup coconut flour
2 Tbl. Hemp seeds
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Process and empty into a regular bowl.
Fold in:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup Cacao Chips
Refrigerate to firm dough. Use a medium scoop to create balls and arrange directly on to dehydrator screens. Dehydrate at 118 for approximately 4-6 hours for a soft center.
Store in fridge and warm in dehydrator 10-15 mins. to re-serve.
Special note: Texture and sweetness may depend on size and ripeness of bananas. Adjust flour according to amount of pulp available from milk recipe. Texture should be like a soft cookie dough
