Easy Pickled Red Onions

1 large red onion sliced thin
In a jar:
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup of warm water
1 TBL coconut palm sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
Ready to eat in 15-20 minutes but get better with time. Store in the fridge for weeks although, mine are eaten long before that.
