Ingredients
1 1⁄2 large avocados
A handful of baby spinach leaves
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
1⁄2 cup of raw cashews
Himalayan salt and Pepper to season
1 tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast (cheese flavor)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined.
