Basil

Basil provides a healthy dose of Vitamin K which is essential for blood clotting.  Basil also provides Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, Manganese, Magnesium, Vitamin C and Potassium. Basil contains DNA-protecting flavonoids, has anti-bacterial properties, combats inflammation, and promotes cardiovascular health.
