Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ frozen banana

½ tsp. turmeric powder or small pinky sized fresh root

1 T. chia seeds

1 T. shredded coconut (or coconut meat)

Zest and juice from one lime

1 cup water or coconut water

Instructions

Blend on high until smooth and enjoy!
