To live vigorously and luxuriantly, to flourish


1 cup of almond milk

¼ cup of chia seeds

2 T. of date paste

½ T. vanilla

½ T. cinnamon

½ tsp. Himalayan salt

Stir in bowl until thickens.  Alter seasonings to taste. It will thicken after refrigerated.  Add a bit of almond milk and stir to desired consistency.
