FROSTY WATERMELON DRINK

SLICED IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

We love watermelon in juices, smoothies and salads.  Try this!

2 ½ cups frozen watermelon cubes
1 sliced frozen banana
2-4 dates (to taste)
2-4 mint leaves
1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Juice from one lemon
¼ – ½ cup water for desired consistency

Blend in high powered blender until smooth.
Swirl ½ – 1 tsp. of chia seeds into each serving glass.
