1⁄2 cup raw tahini OR almond butter. I typically use 1/4 cup of each. RAW is essential for both. It truly makes a difference in taste and nutritional value
1/4 cup Raw cacao powder
2 Tbs. Real raw honey or real organic maple syrup
2 Tbs. coconut oil
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg
1⁄2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp. of vanilla powder (I use Sunfood’s pure vanilla powder)
Mix in a small bowl and spread on sliced apples, bananas,
strawberries or pears.
