Spread Raspberry Chia Jam on to a paraflex sheet, carefully filling all holes and thin areas.
Dehydrate for 8-10 hours (depending on the power of your dehydrator).
Test by peeling back a small section of paraflex to be sure leather cleanly peels away.
Flip the fruit leather on to another tray with screen only and peel off the paraflex sheet. Dehydrate until desired texture (approximately another 2-3 hours).
Lift from screen, roll, and cut.
Store in a glass jar or bowl on counter for 1-2 days or in the fridge for a week.
