1 cup filtered water or ¾ cups plus
¼ cup coconut water or aloe juice
1 T. coconut oil
1 T. Moringa Powder
1 T. Chia Seeds
1 T. ground flax seeds
1 small bunch of fresh parsley leaves
4-6 dandelion leaves
½ cup frozen fresh pineapple
½ frozen sliced banana
