To live vigorously and luxuriantly, to flourish

Peaches

Peaches contain fiber, 10 different vitamins, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, niacin, folate and pantothenic acid & low levels of vitamin E and K.

Peaches contain the antioxidant known as chlorogenic acid, made popular by the green coffee bean.  Chlorogenic acid prevents the release of glucose to the blood stream. As a response, the body burns the fats to release energy causing weight loss!

Another function of chlorogenic acid is inhibiting the rate at which new fat cells grow, resulting in the prevention of gaining weight.  It also neutralizes free radicals and then works to regenerate vitamin E. As a result, it decreases plasma rate therefore boosting blood circulation and regulating blood pressure.
