1 cup raw organic cashews
1 1/8 cups coconut milk
1 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ cup coconut oil melted (put oil in glass bowl, put glass bowl in pot of very hot water)
¼ cup date paste or honey or raw sugar 1
T. psyllium husk
Blend on high in blender. Store in glass jar or bowl at least an hour in fridge before serving. (Will keep in refrigerator for several days). To re-use, spoon desired amount into glass bowl. Put glass bowl into a pot of very hot water and stir until soft and smooth in texture.
