1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup filtered water
1 Tbl. coconut oil
1 Tbl. chia seeds
1 Tbl. moringa powder
1 small bunch of parsley leaves
1/3 piece of celery stalk
1/3 piece of medium cucumber
1/3 piece of large carrot
1 small radish
1/4 medium beet
Zest from half orange
1/2 orange peeled
1/2 frozen banana chunks
4-5 pieces of frozen fresh pineapple
Blend in high powered blender until smooth.
