1 pint of fresh organic blueberries
4 pitted dates
1 tsp. bee pollen
½ tsp. Himalayan salt
2 T. of filtered water if you desire more runny type sauce
Blend until smooth. Replace blueberries with any fruit to create any easy, raw and nutritious jam. Store jam/sauce in small glass jar in the refrigerator. To heat for a dessert, submerge glass jar in pot of very hot water and stir.
